Page summary
South Asia is one of the most populous Muslim areas in the world – but that does not mean God is silent! As we pray for the Muslims of South Asia, remember they are first people whom God loves – not defined by any political or religious idea. Anwar was one such Muslim.
Anwar liked nice looking books. So when he saw some people selling books, he bought one. Even though it was a Christian book – and as a Muslim he should not buy Christian books – he could not resist the nice cover and cheap price. It went on his shelf, unread.
Soon, however, he began to wonder why he should not read it since he had already bought it. His curiosity continued to grow, and he thought, “Why can I not visit a Christian village?” Anwar traveled a long distance on Christmas Day to visit a Christian village. But when he arrived, people attacked him!
How would Anwar get out of this fight? Would he give up his curiosity about Christianity?
